Getting there is easy. 

You can ride a Florida bus from Cubao near Kamuning or from Sampaloc near UST.

Fare depends on the type of bus you choose. There's an ordinary aircon bus, de luxe, or super deluxe, ranging from 500 to 800 pesos one way. These buses go straight from Manila to Aparri Cagayan and the trip can take up to twelve hours.
